By the way Resolution 4 is a special resolution. Under ASX listing rules the company can issue up to 15% of issued capital without seeking shareholder approval. This is another 10% above that which required shareholder approval and about 17 million votes didn't want it.
If changing to Seafarms Group Ltd what are their intentions with the carbon side of the business. Was this discussed?
