I agree. At the very least they seem to have got the timing right.
The ten year US government bond yield is just 2%, and Australia's isn't much better.
Low interest rates... the sharemarket doing well...and keep in mind they are still generating money from the carbon forestry/environmental services side of the business.
Given the above it isn't hard to imagine they should get some investor interest.
Certainly, they claim in the announcement they have already received some expressions of interest in the project.
