LLKKF up 37% last night @USD 0.0622. On Monday SP may go up or down which no one can predict but I am confident from now to June 2021, overall trend would be upwards.
Extending CPA is an awesome strategy which allows LKE to proceed with DFS and pilot plant without waiting for a corner stone investor. It also gives LKE a lot of bargaining power to negotiate with a potential investor(s). Even, if we go for a CR with SIs, we will have to issue shares at a discount, same as CPA and there is no guarantee SI’s will not cash out immediately.
My gut feel is, we will soon hear about LKE and LILAC strategic partnership. Lots of positive (hopefully) news in the pipeline and it will be a game changer.
