When Creso first announced this in July their sp was 4.9c and HHI was 1.2c. It was here the 1:2 arrangement was mentioned which they then said was a 67% premium on HHI’s value.

At the time 1:2 values HHI shares at 2.45c, but a 67% premium on 1.2c is only 2c.

Then, their valuation of 4.6M would equate to a HHI sp of 3.2c, which is not in line with either of the above.

in short, I’ve got no idea or have made a mistake. Possibly both.
