Creso went up about 50% today on some strange news (that ASIC is no longer investigating it for multiple wrongdoings).
Does anyone know (or has it even been declared) how this takeover of HHI will take place....? One CPH for every two HHI shares held, or similar, or cash, or what ratio....?
I did read CPH is paying double the market cap of HHI, now I just need another 10000% rise and I might break even...haha.
