    From memory, Blumenthal/Everblu only have about 6 months left as Funds Manager to CPH. And, imo, this has to do with a contractual arrangement.

    As a respected Investment Banker previously, I'm sure that William Lay has a better option waiting in the wings - probably in Nth America.
