Looks like a decent arrangement. ASM committing to spend up to ~$6M to acquire a 75% stage in the REE component of the CPN Mt Squires project (CPN keep all nickel, gold etc) with staged milestones until a JV is potentially signed. Must take a look at the resource to get a sense of its size and make-up regards REE's
