CPO's Lana Morina ore body actually starts from surface (breccia pipes outcrop at surface) not 50m depth. The first CPO drill intercept begins at 50m downhole because the drill comes in at an angle from outside the ore body and intercepts part way down the ore body. Look at the section drawing in the announcement.
