It’s says MIO will retail material holding in Infinity so whoever hold MIO will get shares into infinity imo, otherwise how would you compensate existing SHs on their holdings into MIO with demerger! Imo Zenil, Jin Sung (via seed capital) and MIO will have material holding in Infinity. Interesting to see what valuation comes out for Infinity as part of IPO. Exciting time ahead for next 2-3 months looking forward to it.
