Luke acknowledged recent poor performance but didn't go into any specifics on plans to improve this going forward except of the usual slides talking about what CPT does and why he thinks they are important to their customers/how well positioned they are.
Personally I wasn't satisfied with the response to shareholder questions about the increases in management costs and why they think they are justified.
Also think its poor form to offer performance rights based on share price performance.
