they are a niche business which once awhile clinch some major contracts. that will provide the margin. the management seemed rather confident that they will resume some dividend and profit this year.
i think a while ago they got the bank contract not sure if it was Westpac. since the contract ended the business went down with it.
i think they are in a transition phase of the business. i won't think they will go broke since they are founder/family business but hopefully they have plenty of left over for shareholders and employees who invested with them in the near future after than generously paid themselves.
