Hey there I hear you. I have just posted a review on productreview.com.au and noticed a whole lot of people experiencing much the same issues. Such a disconnect as share holders are more or less at the "Coal Face" or on the front line I guess. Companies who use their services must be happy paying some sort of discounted fee to manage their transactions. They don't see what we see, holders of shares under their registry, only a set a figures. Hence why the share price has seen such growth in recent times. What would happen if individual share holders of other companies under their registry had more of a say? I reckon it would tumble and get what they deserve!
