I think they wanted to raise more but couldn't. Explains why there is now a retail offer which they say they will increase over 2 mio if demand

I dont think Board wanted to buy I think they had to buy some to get even this small amount done.

But whats spooked me is this reference to 'completing our trials ahead of sales in 2H'

WTF I thought sales force were out in the field with proven technology with 5+ material contracts to be signed in Feb.

I have now lost all faith in what the company is telling us.

This looks like the May 21 spike and disappointment all over again.

As I said in earlier thread i had lightened up at .60. a few weeks back as a precaution sold my remaining 100t shares at .50 this morning...was long at .315 so not the end of the world but obviously feeling pretty silly this morning. Not saying goodbye for ever I will try to buy some options in the secondary market if i can - but thats the way to play this stock i think.
