plus 1 mill cash on hand = 7 mill. 7 mill working capitol.
the company uses 1.35 mill per quarter roughly (according to latest quarterly report) so they have secured 5 quarters working capitol.
so directors chip in for cap raise, and then they make their money back and them some from the wages that you have all just financed. In the meantime, they may sell on market. They've just bought themselves a high paying job for the next 12 months and we're the suckers...
Need to see the company making solid income or this is a sinking ship. If not, they'll realise again in 12 months.
