The directors are young and have careers they want to succeed in so I am very happy with the deal.
From my perspective it is much better raising funds in this manner as the directors have a vested interest in the business and know what the potential really is.
Chuck and Martin are not going waste their time and effort on something that does not work.
Lets see what happens
The alternative is to raise funds via " brokers " and we know what that leads to and what these mobs do to a business.
