There would be many keen observers esp from the Ag industry watching its progress, not to mention other Govt bodies. The 5 years is probably needed given the Ag cycles and crops expected to be grown, similar to what has happened with our Murdoch University. Just another feather in our cap which could lead to future sales on the domestic and international front.
