Agree 100%. In my opinion this is possibly the worst run REIT on the ASX.
The saving grace is the child care assets are gold. But CHC appear to be doing their darndest to try to offset the value creation from these scarce assets. I'm holding here because the discount to NTA is just begging for somebody to have a crack at taking the management off CHC...but honestly it is very tempting to hit the sell button and move on.
