If I owned a bunch of petrol stations I would be pretty keen to buy some hotels to dilute my petrol station stake as well!
As a HPI holder, I wish CQR would go away. Quite happy to sit and collect my dividends from HPI thank you. Transaction is earnings accretive to CQR says it all!
