re: Ann: CQT: NQM's Major Shareholder Acc... Looks to me like the CQT bid is most likely to win given they've locked up Walker - I imagine the rest of the NQM Board wouldn't mind locking up Walker either. The attraction for HSK in consolidating Pajingo falls away with CQT as a major holder.
If CQT can't get to 50% they can abandon the bid or waive the 50% condition and remain as NQM's major shareholder, then have another crack later on. They can also increase the bid to attract greater take up.
it doesn't look likely that HSK will put another bid on the table given they think their current bid is superior.
I'm going to see what happens over the next few weeks - ie I don't know what to do at the moment !
