I believe both bids are heavily relying on a re-rating of the share price of each of the respective companies, once the takeover is successful, so the theoretical calculation of value after the issue of news shares in either company is a guide but does not factor a re-rating premium. In my personal opinion, NQM assets are still being undervalued (under both bids), so I believe there is room for a higher offer from either HSK or CQT or even a cashed up third party.
