    Agree a good deal for both camps.
    CQT management have very good reasons for wanting to pull off this deal. Gives immediate cash flow whilst finalising offtake agreements for Mt Carlton/Silverhill plus exploration potential that NQM havnt had the money to carry out. A good fit alround IMO. Time will tell.
