re: Ann: NQM: CQT: Variation of Takeover Bid ... been a while since ive posted on CQT, this story is certainly starting to get interesting. We still have some scope for increasing the offer and if the agreement with Don Walker is still valid (i note both NQM and HSK are querying that) the bid by HSK will be unable to go through. Ideally id be happy if JK and co offered abit more script as well.
Curiously i think CQT are really the only bidder in place to be able to get NQM but i wonder what it would take to get 100% of Pajingo, HSK will be very unwilling to part with the cash flow but if we end up with an AVO\RMS\DIO situation they may well take the cash from the CQT offer and give control to us in the end
