Think about this statement about the MRS acquisition
"Combination provides a pathway to increase ARPU from US$2.20 to US$10, which give a TAM of US$390M ARR in US"
Actual result is a ARR of US$13.5M and ARPU of US$1.22 - COMPLETE FAILURE - and they talk it up as a success for the shareholders who can't read between the lines.
Do you really believe management?
The CRA deal is worse than the last in terms of the price paid and dilution to shareholders (and includes an earnout with no details except expected cash payments of US$4M).
P.S. I don't feel the need to ramp a good stock like PME. It sells itself.
