Not sure but I assumed there would be a fair amount of open cut work before heading underground anyway, the original pit has dirt in it ready to pop and cart. I thought this is what the hold up will be, pit design as it likely links up to NN, hence the infill drilling they are doing. Anyway this is what they will be working on how to get it rolling.
Shouldn't need paste fill for a while yet.
