MinRes got the better of that transaction in my view, though I do understand that POS had basically no bargaining power at all, so I guess CJ did what he could.
The one thing CJ would have learnt under the leadership of Pater Harold at POS, is how to keep your nose in the trough and despite losing significant shareholder value, you can still pay yourself like you performed miracles!
I think CJ's experience at Bellevue might be the part to take note of for relevance to SPR. POS has been a bit of disaster, though a number of factors there and not necessarily CJ's fault.
