In Pierre's defense - I couldn't find the smoking gun that says that oriented games is a subsidiary of Animoca Brands. But everything that is in oriented games' homepage is being sold under the Animoca label.
So it's either theft or it's a subsidiary or there is a licencing agreement. Nothing in last year's announcement even mentioned that oriented games is involved
