It hasn't 'decided to freeze', it has temporarily halted so people have time to read the 10:45am announcement. You'll notice all trades halted just before the release of the announcement. It'll open again soon.
Not a holder but have been watching this for a few weeks just out of curiosity, congratulations for all those that hold! Always exciting to see those big gains, even though I'm not part of it.
