Now I read it as its up to RBM to get 100% ownership of the lease off Norton, (which no longer exists incidently and is owned by the chinese)
I thought Nortons payment was linked sucessful production? I don't understand.
Unless RBM just pays the money, ie 2m plus the 13m
any ideas?
