Yes there are a few approvals still required but it is inconceivable they will not get those in the circumstances, likewise difficult to see the plant not being funded and given the feasibility the current price in my opinion is not reflective of CRB's value/potential.
There is not a lot of volume so clearly the bulk of shareholders see the immense upside potential CRB has - it is just a awaiting game for shareholders at the moment.
