For what its worth, as a local (living in Rockhampton) this has been on my watch list for some time. I think this is a good 'buy' signal for me - and with that in mind I'm officially in today with an order placed this morning. For anyone who cares, I read an article about Rockhampton Regional Council buying back land that was released in Mount Morgan earlier this month, and from what I know about our dear mayor M Strelow, she is not silly, call me a sceptic or what ever you wish, but MS knows more than she lets on here...
