Id dare say he didn't nominate for a board seat as it is clear to him the company isn't worth his time and effort which he obviously feels is better placed in the projects. I'd be taking the fact that he didn't nominate himself as a sign of great caution from someone who knows the company intimately. Of course he might just think that the board has done fantastic job and he isn't needed....wake up .
