I wish you luck in TSC, it appears mark is aligning the board with his associates. No doubt if successful, they will be well remunerated. Btw one of these associate's were part of MRC share registry. You only need to look at the SP to see the damage they have caused by their departure. Do you know if they were also invested in your other examples?
Have you read the take over panel decision Which involved Au mining, tormin and Mr walker vs MRC?
They wanted more independent directors on the board, to provide more transparency for shareholders. I highly doubt you will understand this. You have taken the departure way to personally
