I think this has a good chance of being the best executed WA SOP project to date.
They should avoid the SO4 finance/approvals fiasco and the KLL blowout. As such his risk should be relatively low.
My main concern would be a right to negotiate process causing delays particularly as they don’t appear to be on good terms with the legally recognized NT claimants.
Maybe he is taking your advice?
