Bondi Mining (ASX:BOM) is to merge with unlisted World Titanium
Resources of Madagascar by way of a Scheme of Arrangement offering 3.5
shares (following a 4-for-1 consolidation) for each WTR share.
A total of $3 million is to be raised by way of a prospectus
enabling re-compliance with ASX listing rules and non-African assets
will be spun out into a separate company.
