It will take time for the general investors looking to invest to understand that Novatti is first and foremost a payment company that will take a clip for conducting these services for IBoA. They will not have the funding, deposit, loan etc risks other NEO banks had because these reside with IBoA. However, NOV will reap the benefits of this side of the business being a shareholder of IBoA just as they do being a shareholder of Reckon receiving dividend income and leverage / monetising opportunities.
