Eric, PYC have RNA drug molecules that are a branch of 'antisense oligonuceotides' (ASO) called Phosphorodiamidate morpholino oligomers (PMO). They attach a cell-penetrating peptide (CPP) and refer to the drug molecule as a CPP-PMO. They are the same family of drugs as Sarepta's PPMOs targeting Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy. eg CPP-PMO = PPMO. PYC are currently targeting faulty RNA within the eye. Sorry for the complexity on a friday night.
