mgmt, conservatism, and hollow logs........I normally don't like little buffers that mgmt put aside for a rainy day, but these guys have shown they are not using that to pad their compensation and hit their STI/LTI triggers, but rather to enable the company to sail through such issues that invariably pop up when you run a large and complex organisation which will throw up operational issues like this
