My general approach is to apply for more when I anticipate a scale back (as was always going to be the case here, with only a $15M raise, and the Shares on issue being at a ~10-15% discount to the current MP). I'm not saying that is relevant advice here (with a $15K maximum). But if I had only wanted to buy $5K of shares I would have still applied for $10K. Sorry, I imagine this is hardly groundbreaking advice.
