50% increase on original intention. I suspect a bunch of small shareholders, perhaps 5k or 10k, applied for the full 15k because of the instant profit on offer. They'll get scaled back. Hopefully it will be based on the overrall dillution effect, circa 14%, so that all retail shareholders get opportunity to negate the dillution, and larger shareholders at least get the full 15k.
