To continue to grow you need to expand, and where you can do safely you should....you can not stay in one spot... just because there may be risk associated with some expansion you don't do it all at.....

Where would Wesfarmers be if they don't expand into Bunnings buy officeworks, buy Coles? after all Wesfarmers is just a tiny farmer co-operative with mostly farming products...in fact WES did a 360 degree mostly out of farming services and resource all together..
Where would super cheap auto be if they just stick with car parts? they be a dog...the money they made now is from BCF and Rebels...and these two business are not auto parts..
who knows some day CCP may becomes a bank :-)
