I'm a holder of both Money3 and CCP, and I hardly believe MNY would rate 4.5/5 while CCP would rate 2.1/5. More likely is that MNY has in place a system to encourage happy customers to leave reviews, while CCP doesn't.
That's likely also the reason why CCP has 60 reviews (likely natural) while MNY has 554 (likely encouraged+natural).
By the way, Commonwealth Bank has a rating is 1.8/5, likely because they don't encourage reviews, for fear of backlash (legal or reputational).
ProductReview.com should not be trusted. Though the negative reviews on the website would mostly be true, they're definitely not the 'average' customer experience, and the average scores are highly deceptive.
