You do make a point though, that CCP is not actively managing their ProductReview page. I don't know whether that should be encouraging happy customers to leave reviews, but they should at least be replying to reviews and answering the QNA. Leaving it up to disgruntled customers to complain in the answers on the QNA is clearly a mistake.
