I think given whats played out in the last month - rightly or wrongly - they should have provided more disclosure on the credit quality metrics and trends in the consumer lending book. Why are they so reluctant to tell us the quality of whats on the books? They should also have conducted a results briefing where questions can be asked - what is this pre-recorded 7 minute presentation bullsh1t - this is almost a $1bn company...
