    I think you have quite a few years on me when it comes to accounting issues, and there is not a lot I can add to that conversation. However, I have always taken comfort from CCP that it appears to be the most conservative in the industry, and has arguably by far the best track record of a listed debt collector post GFC.

    In terms of the share price, the capital raising profits may be a bit of handbrake, though I think the biggest things holding the stock back is the uncertainty around unemployment and the velocity of future investment. I think if the economic picture in more benign than feared next year post stimulus, or at least less uncertain, and CCP begins to announce increases in investment the stock should re-rate strongly.

    CCP have about 400m in capital deploy and combined with existing assets means that in the future CCP could be drawing profits from $1B in assets. That to me translates to profits around 150m, so the share price could be double.
