There may be some scope in the future for a US based bond secured against that segment, though I'm not sure if that would really be an big advantage for CCP over just expanding existing bank relationships, perhaps on improving terms.
What Aristocrat has done is another option, it hasnt issued bonds but instead 'term B loan facilities' in the US, apparently on longer tenure and lighter covenants than you woukd see on bank debt in Aus.
