The XTO is an index average of the ASX 100 , and it is circa $6 billion. Beregi is only aiming to get into the ASX 100, and currently the low-enders are firms like LNK $2,322m and ORA $2,729m, according to

These values bounce around, so CCP with a market cap of just under $2 billion, would need to aim at about $3b. There is no purpose getting to $3 billion unless the share tally remains fairly static. In loose terms, at the current share tally an SP of about $40 should do the trick by pipping LNK.
Beregi is very conservative, and not the sort of guy to have his musings published, unless they are highly likely to be attained.
