    I think all the signs point to an increase in credit card use and charge offs, combined with even greater appetite for CCPs loans. The outlook was frustrating seeing as it was driven by factors largely outside of control of company. We are still in the lag phase of the full impacts of rate rises. So I'd be shocked if it wasn't easier to hire next year etc. Just have to wait and see, as @Pioupiou said, good chance of upgrade catalysts if CCP snag a deal or two.
