Could you elaborate on the sentence, "In fact, CCP's prior HY result released on 1/2/22 was viewed as a miss." I could be wrong, but I am not sure if CCP sets targets for half-years. I do not remember any. If Management did not set an H1 target, then how could CCP have missed what did not exist? If somebody else invented a target, that is another matter.
I notice the AFR has put out what appears to be a negative CCP story, but it is behind a paywall, so I could not read it. There was sufficient information to suggest the reporter believes that the collections team in the Philippines that is focused on the US will fail, but I would doubt if the article has facts to support that opinion. CCP's Management are careful to a fault, so I doubt that Management would bluster into an initiative without a cogent opinion to support it. The AFR has a history of publishing crap about CCP, and its readers have a history of gullibility in relation thereto.
