This from a report posted on FNArena on February 2022;

"Credit Corps result was a miss due to higher than expected upfront loan provisioning. As this is due to accelerated volumes over November and December, it is in effect a 'positive' miss and the result was 'roughly' inline with forecasts"

I would guess that since February the shareprice has trended downwards and lends itself to supporting that particular statement.

However, I've elaborated on that sentence. I'm either getting the information from you - or others.

By the way, in terms of the Philippines collection centre, have you personally ever had to deal a Telstra call centre based out of the Philippines? I'll tell you now, CCP better have it properly sorted because quite frankly, the customer service is difficult at best. I haven't read the AFR article that you're referring too, but I don't think that I need too. I've personally had to deal with those call centres without having the issue of debt.
