Thanks for your inputs - true value. I am also a bit concerned. The stories in the financials are nice but , in my opinion, reflect a portion of bad payers who try to pay and have had events cause their default. This needsca bit of muscle much like parking fines. When people are used to getting away with non compliance and no consequences, the motivation to pay has to be imposed upon them.The fact that we have the least complaints. The most compliant by such a large margin does suggest we are trying to be a bit like woke. This is an enforcement company - collect the debt....
